How to use the links on this page.
STEP SHEETS - these instructions are like recipes. Look at the counts to the left, then the instructions to the right in the small print. Ignore the bold print heading, as they are just short hand calls for instructors. Use these sheets to remember what I taught you in class. Bring me any questions you have about how terms may differ.
VIDEOS - these videos should only be used after you are fairly sure you have learned the moves from class and the step sheets. Trying to learn a dance from a video activates the wrong parts of your brain and impedes memory. When you are ready to dance along, use the Settings>Playback Speed>Custom> 90% to try the dance at a slower speed first.
